Keep jumping, J.Me!

From the creator of Super Amazing Wagon Adventure comes a new 2D platforming experience with a focus on expressive controls. Meet J.Me, a joyful jumping robot and the hero of an unfinished game. Everything is going great until one day J.Me's disillusioned developer cancels the game's development and deletes J.Me's planet. Now J.Me is abandoned in a universe of games, facing enemies and obstacles inspired by board games, sports, and more across diverse worlds. Wishlist on Steam today!

Intuitive and intricate controls

Jump Mechanic features a unique control scheme with three buttons for air control: a twirl button, and left and right roll buttons. J.Me's air control moves complete an expansive but intuitive core move set including ducking, spinning, diving, stretching, and more. Or you can stick to the basics and keep pressing the jump button! The game is designed to let you learn J.Me's moves at your own pace, tackle obstacles how you want, and express yourself with platforming style.

Press info

Jump Mechanic is being developed by sparsevector, the solo indie developer that made Super Amazing Wagon Adventure (Windows, Xbox 360, 2012). The game is a one-person labor of love inspired by the Mario Maker 2 and Super Mario World communities. I am excited to bring Jump Mechanic to players this year with an initial launch on Windows PC. If you'd like to cover Jump Mechanic, you can reach me on Twitter (@sparsevector) or via email at sparsevector@sparsevector.com. Jump Mechanic is a work in progress and subject to change.
